Free trial

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment (monthly or annual) within 14 days of being charged. This applies to your first charge after the trial; renewals are covered by the section below.

Renewals and later payments

If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it, as long as you have not used the Service since the renewal.
Beyond these periods, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Where the law of your country gives you a longer or broader right of withdrawal or refund, that right is not affected.

How to request a refund

Email decastroneurologia@gmail.com from the address used for your account, or contact Paddle, our merchant of record, through the link in your payment receipt. Include the email used for the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
