Terms of Use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
NeuroHub (the "Service") is a continuing medical education platform in neurology, operated by Moxuara Servicos Medicos Sociedade Simples, CNPJ 27.683.555/0001-31, Brazil ("NeuroHub", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service includes an AI clinical chat, a clinical case simulator, a journal updates feed, emergency and outpatient decision-support modules, and a prescription-drafting helper.
2. Educational use only — not medical advice
NeuroHub is intended for healthcare professionals and students as an educational and decision-support aid. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and its use does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
- Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They must always be checked against current guidelines, the primary literature and your own clinical judgment.
- You remain solely responsible for any clinical decision and for the care of your patients.
- In an emergency, follow your local emergency protocols and call your local emergency number. Do not rely on the Service in situations where delay could cause harm.
- Do not enter information that identifies a patient (name, document numbers, contact data, medical record numbers, images of faces, or any other identifier). Describe cases in a de-identified way.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering, including your role. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials is not allowed, except for team plans as agreed with us in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
- attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass usage limits or access controls;
- scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the Service or its content, or use outputs to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or content containing malware.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Subscriptions, free trial and billing
- Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which are calculated and added at checkout.
- Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically and your subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes and payment-related inquiries, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal available on the Pricing page when signed in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
- We may change prices for future billing periods by giving you reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Founder plan
The Founder plan is limited to the first 20 subscribers. The Founder price is kept for as long as your subscription remains continuously active; if you cancel or your subscription lapses, a later subscription is offered at the then-current price. Founder subscribers are invited to take part in a monthly feedback session with the NeuroHub team, which helps shape the platform.
7. Teams plan
The Teams plan (up to 10 users under one account) is arranged directly with us. Its terms, including pricing, are confirmed in writing before access is granted.
8. Fair use
All plans include access to every feature. To keep the Service reliable and sustainable, we apply a generous daily limit on the number of AI messages per user. If you reach the limit, AI features resume at the next reset (midnight UTC). We may adjust the limit and will not apply it in a way meant to hinder ordinary professional use.
9. Content and intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own professional education and practice support while your account is active.
Reference material shown or cited by the Service (such as guidelines and journal articles) remains the property of its respective publishers and authors and is credited where it is used.
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it as needed to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add or remove features, and we will give notice of material changes that reduce what a paying plan includes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of AI-generated content or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the Service, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and we will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
